The easiest way to learn about them is to go out and play them!!!! Plus you can meet people and get a little exercise in the process.lol
i only know the horizontal sport.
You can get all the answers to your question by searching on search engines like Google, Yahoo. etc. It is way better than to ask some Tom, Dick or Harry and get silly answers!
