Why the Indian Cricket Board,cannot provide quality equipments and facilities to our players?

The Indian Cricket board is the richest cricket board in the world, still it cannot provide quality players with quality equipments and proper facilities, when compared to the Australian Cricket Board. How is it that the selection committee and the board of selectors get richer day by day?????Some of the best young talents in the world are held back by selectors for reasons that they are not financially wealthy. i.e If we take a look at almoat all the players in the Indian Cricket team, all have a wealthy Financial background. How does Politics get involved with selction of players. a proper and fair selection process should be conducted to encourage the young and worthfull talent.
