  1. The ball is not wooden!! It has cork inside though
  2. Its 12, all correct except the ball, which is made from leather. Even if you wanted to count the cork, it is actually bark, not wood so it woudn't count.
  3. My initial thoughts were 12....but if the ball is made from cork then I suppose it is a type of wood so 13 may be correct As for Back Mans queston - Bowled out, run out, LBW, duck are all i can think of for now okay edit just asked my brother 1) run out 2) balled out 3) caught out 4) LBW 5) Caught behind Same as caught out 6) stumped 7) Hit own Wicket
  4. 12 without ball if u consider ball made of wood than 13
  5. 12 plus ball
  6. Should a player get injured during the course of a match he may utilise the services of a runner whilst batting. In this case, the runner must be equipped to the same standard as the batsman that he is running for. This means he will also have a bat. And there is always the possibility that there may be two runners.
  7. To play cricket in the park as kids, we only needed 4 stumps and a bat = 5 ... To play first class cricket, the answer would have to be 12 minimum (14 if you include the two runners who might be present and who have a bat each) If Denniss Lillee was to play, it might only be 11 - he used an aluminium bat (before it was banned!)
  8. You R right, by inside a ball is made of cork and out side by lether. Cork is extract from a plant wich is more like bamboo. And bamboo is not a tree its Grass. so number of wooden article usedin cricket is 12.
  9. 12, the ball isn't wooden
