Why the Indian Cricket Board,cannot provide quality equipments and facilities to our players?

The Indian Cricket board is the richest cricket board in the world, still it cannot provide quality players with quality equipments and proper facilities, when compared to the Australian Cricket Board. How is it that the selection committee and the board of selectors get richer day by day?????Some of the best young talents in the world are held back by selectors for reasons that they are not financially wealthy. i.e If we take a look at almoat all the players in the Indian Cricket team, all have a wealthy Financial background. How does Politics get involved with selction of players. a proper and fair selection process should be conducted to encourage the young and worthfull talent.

1. i think now indian cricket is well equipped with all the modern equipments. the main thing is that these cricketers dont use them. they cant even maintain themsleves so now a days u c many pot bellied. & on the other side if u c others tems they r well built & hv huge bodyline. this makes the differance. just compare our skinny bolwers wid them. u'll find the differance. wt better equipment they need i think they shud exercise properly frst. bye

3. Everybody in Indian cricket board are making money themselves and where is the time for them to give good facilities and intersecting thing is something else..........? Do you think players have sufficient time to think about all these matters ?

6. one thing is right BCCI is the most richest board in the world even though BCCI is having money they are not providing good quality things to players because of ego,selffishness,politics and finally money eaters due to this we are in the backstage

8. I do agree that requisite facilities should be provided. Good fast tracks, bowling guns, nets, excellent grounds, good gadgets, new academies in different parts of the country. EXcellent players of the past should come forward to coach and give tips besides the regular coaches and trainers. Have competition between various academies in different categories: Batting, bowling, fielding, catching, wicket keeping, alrounder and mental strength.
